They were very accomodating and timely. Showed up to do the job at the time they said they would. Cleaned up after the job. I have not done the post mitigation radon test yet, but they guarantee good results. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Fast, professional service. They are good communicators and respond quickly to all questions. THe customer service folks are trained on technical stuff too so everyone was very helpful. They did a nice job on the install and it looks professional.

The installer was on time, explained everything clearly and cleaned up after himself. I just received my radon follow up test and it went from 5.2 pCi/L to 2.1 pCi/L which is why I gave them 4 stars and not 5. I was hoping it would be closer to 1 pCi/L since I have an unfinished half basement. Overall it was a good experience.

The good. The installer did a nice install. Still to early to tell if the radon rating has gone down yet until the testing comes back. The bad. My own dumb fault. I negotiated a price over the phone without getting the persons name. When the install was completed, the bill did not reflect the price I negotiated. Upon calling them, they state they had no record of the new price. They did match another company's quote however, but it was still higher then I planned. Get everything in writing!
