Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Did a good job on the furnace repair but there were miscommunications in which they did not notify me of another part that needed to be purchased and they installed it anyway, therefore the total cost was much more than the original estimate, which was the reason I chose them because the original estimate was lower than the estimate given by my A/C & Heating maintenance company. I ended up having to replace the whole furnace anyway by my A/C & Heating maintenance company so the $600 I spent with Air Pros went up in smoke... wasted...

My A/C went out on Monday which was a holiday so I was worried that I would pay EXTRA for service. Not with Chris, it was the exact opposite, he was prompt about coming out when he said he would. As a matter of fact he called me to let me know that he was on his way so that I could expect him. He diagnosed my problem quickly and repaired my A/C in less than half an hour. I think that for coming out on a holiday his rate was reasonable, he was knowledgable and very professional. Air Pros of Houston will be our A/C repair company from now on. Thanks Service Magic for leading me to this company.

Chris showed up about 10 minutes after me and went straight to work. Diagnosed the problem while I was watching over him and asking a million questions (which he answered). After he replaced the dead part and the AC was operational, i asked if he could check the other unit as well. He did and i was very pleased with his work, his personality, and his prices.
