I was not as impressed as I had hoped to be with this company. Chris the owner was good but I felt that his coworker Otto wasn't as good at explaining what needed to be done. Not to mention, the two parts my furnace wound up needing-they didn't have on hand so to get everything working properly took several visits and we were without heat for one very cold night and the cost wound up being way over the original estimate.

they were very nice, courteous, professional. just a few hitches so they had to be back to recheck a couple of times. very apologetic and corrected the problems.

Poor service!! The problem should be diagnosed correctly but ac was recharged with refrigerant without even checking if there was a leak the first place and I was charged with $120 for less than an hour of work. I was very disappointed with the company's service and will never recommend this company ever!

This was a rental, so I never met Chris, just over the phone and email. My renter was very happy and has not indicate that there is any problems.
