Project: Repair or Service a Heat Pump
They called almost immediately after I posted my request. I wasn't even off the website! Service was arranged for that afternoon, and the appointment was kept promptly. The troubleshooting and repair was thorough (he was very patient with my dinosaur of a heat pump). I had heat again that evening. Thanks, Air Oasis!

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
The only compliant I have about Air Oasis was the price I was charged. It was $93 for them to come out and diagnosis the problem. I agreed to this charge, because on the phone I was assured the $93 would be deducted from any service(s), I authorize them to repair once the problem was correctly diagnosed. Well the problem was simple, a clogged drain and in hindsight I probably should have unclogged it myself, because all the tech did was take a CO2 bottle of air a blow it out. My total cost that day was $124. Had it not been for this inflated price, I would have probably referred them to a friend and used them in the future.

Air Oasis did a nice job servicing my a/c unit. They didn't show up with the right tools to begin with, but came back shortly and serviced the unit. They were professional and courteous.

Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
After submiting to ServiceMajic that I was looking to have the job done, Air Oasis was the first to contact me. They called me within a matter of just a few minutes. The price they quoted me was better than anyone else and they completed the job quickly. I am extremly happy with the product they installed and the installation itself. However, they are not very good at getting their cutomer the neccesary paper work in order to file for county rebates (I am still waiting after four weeks), plus they failed to center the condensing unit on the concrete pad, nor did they clean the up the closet where they installed the new blower unit.

They were the only ones who showed up when they said they would...every time. If they ran behind, they called. Did have one minor post-install issue and they were out over the weekend to address it. Definitely will use them again and recommend.

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
Came out on a Sunday to give an emergency estimate and had the new system installed by end of day the very following day. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. We hired them even though their estimate was not the lowest we received, they simply impressed us and provided more information then the other companies that gave estimates. I have recommended them to a few people already.
