Excellent service, very knowledgeable, very courteous. Somewhat pricey but they explained everything in detail and gave me all my options. Would definetly recommend them to others.

The serviceman was prompt,efficient and courteous. The costs much higher than I anticipated. That special $30 service charge (by using Service Magic) turned into a total charge of $1121.Explanations re new motor,compressor were reasonable. Told to purchase filter (none provided) and then duct tape it all around..most unusual. Next yrs service charge included in bill..? standard practice.

Responded promptly. Rep was courteous and informative. Took me through every step of the process. Was shocked to find my three year old unit had a serious issue. He explained options available and did not push the most expensive! I signed up for the corrective work and a one year service contract.

Extremely exspensive and tries to sell you everything but the kitchen sink. The employees are very knowledgeable and know what there doing and if not they will call someone over.

We couldn't be happier with the excellent customer service provided by Air Genie - they went way above and beyond to take care of our A/C problem, and at a reasonable cost. We will definitely use them again...in fact, we purchased the service plan!
