Guy was efficient and knowledgable. Previous company I used was telling me I needed a new gas log set for $2000. Air Flow got it running without problem in less than 1/2 hour for only $120! What a deal! I am so happy. I will definitely have them take care of my fireplace issues from now on. They were great!

Very friendly employees and owner. Cleanup not quite as good as it could have been, but I am VERY happy with the job. They did quality work and were very knowledgeable.

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
Yes, the they showed at my house at 8:30 am and left at 11:30 am. After completion of project, tech. went over billing to make sure that everything was as per agreed upon by myself and company. They did an excellent job and made sure they cleaned-up after working. I will use them for future work.

From the initial appointment for an estimate (with Ken) I felt Airflow was the most professional of all pros who I considered for this job. The very next day I had my typed estimate for consideration. Even though the price was slightly higher than another company I chose Airflow because they were more on top of things. On the day of installation I received a phone call alerting me of their arrival and the job was completed within the window I was given. Will and Henry were courteous and did the job well with no mess left behind. When it was all over, Will took time to answer my questions about the system. I definitely recommend Airflow!

Very competitive on price, scheduled quickly, identified problem, ordered the part and will return to install the part at no additional service fee. The technicians who came on the initial visit and the follow up were on time, worked quickly and efficiently, answered all my questions and explained the problem, advised me of the option of a service contract, and cleaned up after themselves. WONDERFUL SERVICE.

Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
When the contractor came to the house to work on the hot water heater, he did not even bring the proper tools. Without the proper tools, he could not do take off the old heating element of the hot water heter, and then he concluded we have to change the entire hot water heater. We paid him and finished the job using other contractor.

Had to make several trips and then charged me labor for a part they didn't need or install. Also, follow-up with us as remote landlords was marginal.
