They installed a different (better 2 stag furnace than the one contracted) It requiring a different 4 wire thermostat that arrived about 2 weeks later! The wate was worth while.

I initially received a prompt response and visit by Airflow Pros, and was told that a part had to be ordered and that someone would get back to me within a couple days. It has been over 2 months and, although I have called a couple of times to get updates, no one ever calls me back as promised and my heater still isn't fixed. It's unfortunate because the initial visit left me hopeful. However, the communication and follow through is very poor and I will be working with another company.

My really old furnace was not working properly and after several attempt to find right service I found Air Flow Pros. During Rodolfo first visit, I got full information how they are going to proceed and what options I have. It was Thursday, and on Saturday, as promised, he was at my house at 10 AM and ready to work. Everything was done professionally, plus, they install new grill with filter (easy to remove/install filter) without additional charge. I would recommend this pro to all my friends and neighbors.

Rudy and his team did a great job replacing our furnace fan motor and repairing the fan pulley after the motor froze. We have an older furnace, and finding parts wasn't easy, but Rudy did a great job in a timely manner. Rudy also shared his knowledge and experience with new furnaces and heat pumps as well, and we will definitely call Air Flow Pros again--highly recommend them!

Although I think it was beyond their control, it took a long time for the broken part to come in and we went almost a week without heat. It would have been nice to get proactive updates on the status of the ordered parts.
