From the moment Adam came out for a quote he was honest, thorough and explained everything so that my wife and I understood exactly what we were getting and what was best for our needs. Once we made our decision on the type and model, he was able to work with our difficult schedule and perform the install when we needed it. Adam and his crew worked all day yesterday to make sure we had everything looking great and working perfectly and today, for the first time since we moved into our house 4 years ago, we are freezing, and we love it! I'd recommend Adam and Air Express to anyone in need of A/C advice or a new system!

Absolutely AMAZING Installation Service! You never really see SERVICE any more. That’s not the case here with the installation Adam provided to us with Air Express! They gave the best warranty, excellent price and the work Adam did replacing both inside and outside units was amazing, he worked till everything was perfect. And knowing we were without air, he brought in portable units so my family could be comfortable till the next day when he could do the work. I would recommend Adam and Air Express to anyone! If there was 10 stars for service I would rate them 10+.

From my first conversation with Adam, he provided me with an abundance of general information and was very knowledgeable in regards to repairing or replacing A/C units. Through his communication, I felt very comfortable scheduling an appointment to invite him into our home. He arrived right on schedule and was very professional. Adam went above and beyond to repair our unit. No pressure selling tactics, just a true and honest person. I would recommend him above all others!!

Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
Very happy with our Amana heat pump. Spent many hours on line reading about all the different systems available. One thing I learned was you can't take the reviews as a major guide line. Every brand has lots of bad reviews. I found that getting someone that knew what they were doing to install the system was a major factor. My new heat pump system works great. Adam did a great job replacing my 24 year old unit. The air handler was in the attic over the garage with little work space. The new air handler sets in the garage, how nice. Adam took no short cuts converting connecting the new ductwork. Great job, I can still get 2 car in the garage.

Adam was professional, explained his product and service. He was prompt. He offers a very good service program included in the price. He was not the cheapest bid, but was nearly the lowest and had the most to offer with the purchase.

Adam was very knwoledgeable and easy to work with. He took the time to explain things and point out items a larger AC company failed to do and/or explain. I will be using Air Express for my AC work from this point on. Thanks

Great price and quality. I had two quotes prior to deciding on Air Express. They represented the best value over all. Adam was extremely knowledgable and professional. Air Express delivered on their promises by installing a new 4 ton system with air handler in a timely and efficient manner. Some of the duct work needed to be re routed, which was not part of the original quote. Air Express went the extra mile by re routing the duct work at no additional cost. They kept their word by honoring the original quote. This, in spite of the extra work they performed to maximize the efficiency of the new unit. I strongly recommend Air Express.
