They were very prompt in responding to my need and were able to get to my house same day (even though I did not connect with them initially until about noon). The service call price $79 was more than fair as my unit had frozen up due to lack of freon, causing him to stick for quite some time while it thawed. My system requires special filters (can't pick them up at a supermarket or even Home Depot), and he helped me find out how to order them and everything. Mr. Martinez is a genuinely kind, helpful and fair contractor. He deserves every penny, and I will absolutely use him again if needed as well as refer him to others.

They came out within 2 hours of me calling. They assessed the situation quickly and came back the next day and fixed it without requiring me to take off work. Great job!

This is the most capable HVAC company i have ever dealt with. They knew exactly what they were talking about, and explained everything so I could understand what needed repair and what they would do to repair it.

Arrived prior to the appointed time and was effecient and professional in checking out the air conditioning side of the system.
He proved the home sale inspector was in error in his report and no further expense required on my part.

On time, quality work done correctly the first time. Tech kept us informd as to what he found and options to repair, was friendly and completed work same day (compressor replacement) I would recomend this company to my friends.

Came to house and could not find problem. After being pressed by my husband to continue to find problem, went to truck for 15 in front of house and then returned and said it was the compressor. How you can come to that conclusion 15 in your truck and not in front of the A/C unit is beyond me. I think they wanted to get some extra money. But not from us!

My apologizies to this customer. Our tech did go to the call and did find the problem. Before he told the customer what the problem was, he did go and call the owner and discuss the issues that were going on with the unit to confirm the diagnosis. We work very hard to make sure that what we tell the customer is the truth and think that honesty is the best policy. We do not try to get extra money out of anyone. We try even harder to save our customers money. I think it is strange that this customer had had three other companies out to their home that they said the samething about. Our best wishes to this customer and her husband.
