Ductz was extremely professional. They did an outstanding job diagnosing problems with the dryer vent, creating solutions, and executing the cleaning and needed service. They went above and beyond to make the job excellent and provide quality service. I will always call Ductz in the future for my service needs.

Steve Tayloe was very professional and friendly. He understood our problem and had the expertise to solve it. He was fair, cleaned up after himself; did what he said. I have recommended him to our neighbors who have the same problem. I would definitely use his service again for cleaning the duct that he installed as well as the air conditioner ducts.

Good guy and good work. He cleaned it up after his work, did everything he said he would do. There were no surprises in the work. He told me everything up front, said what the cost would be. He is a super nice guy, extremely conscientious.
