Thanks Jason! Jason was able to get to my air conditioner problem in the same day I called. He took the time to explain what he was doing. The unit was working well when he left and he said he would check back with me after he spoke with the manufacturer to make my unit run a little more efficiently. Thanks again Jason!

Seemed to have fixed the problem of the units smelling by applying a cleaner. Advised us on additional info to help with units but no pressure to buy anything not needed. Took his time to look everything over and we felt the price he charged was appropriate.

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
After having several companies tell us we needed to replace the whole unit at a cost of $4500 - $5000, Jason looked at our system and informed us it was just the circuit board that was bad, which he replaced for a few hundred dollars.

Poor on follow up, did not complete leaking tub faucet job, did not keep me informed that he was giving up on the repair at 1 of my rental properties. He did finish a water heater repair job to my satisfaction.

I must confess that I was skeptical about a service call where I really didn't know the company. I was expecting to be taken advantage of regarding my AC repair. Although he was late for the appointment, Jason was very personable and professional. He answered all my questions and even told me how to keep my unit functioning. When he first told me , "It might be your compressor", I cringed but then it turned out to be a faulty capacitor. His rate was VERY reasonable. Overall I will give this experience as pretty darn good! Our house is cooling as we speak.

I am an out-of-state owner so I'm 2 hrs. Behind you. When I called, it was towards the end of the work day but Jason drove out to the rental home, assessed the problem, eased the tenant's mind and then came back the next day and had the A/C working by 2 PM. Very professional and reliable service.
