Air Allergen & Mold Testing assists those suffering from allergy and asthma symptoms, and their health care provider to make informed decisions about how to reduce or eliminate health symptoms, which are caused by allergens in the indoor air. Air Allergen & Mold Testing has performed more than a thousand indoor air quality inspections for homes, offices, schools and industrial buildings. Over 80% of clients with allergy-like symptoms, had moderate to significantly elevated levels of allergens in their indoor environment. Such allergens include mold spores, mold particulate, insulation particulate, dust mites, pet dander, insect particulate and volatile organic chemicals (VOC’s.) Residential inspections including trip fee and written report. $187. Bulk, swab or air sample for mold spores, fibrous particulate, insect fragments, hyphal fragments, skin fragments, and pollen: $69. Radon, Dust mites, pet dander: $69 each. Commercial: $185, $250, or $350, depending sq ft.

At first I was a little confused over price and the testing process but after speaking with Michael, who by the way is a very nice, professional and customer friendly individual, I was able to understand what I was buying and why. It also helped tremendously to receive not one but two telephone calls, within a very reasonable amount of time, to explain, in layman's terms, the results of those tests. I would definitely recommend Air, Allergen & Mold Testing, Inc. before choosing anyone. Others were so anxious to cash in on remediation that they overlooked details concerning testing.

Michael told me what they'd do each step and took the time to explain/teach to me characteristics of some molds and mildew, the when, where, how and whys to all there is. John was the same way during the testing. Having this done let me know what I'm dealing with and what I have to do.

It seemed expensive at first, but the company sent us an extensive report based on the testing they did while at our home. The representative was very professional and the company was able to come out quickly to examine our air quality.
