The servicemen were wonderful! I was very pleased with them and their work. They lost a rating point because two days later I got a call from the company asking me why they were calling me!?! Did I need an a.c. serviced? Or was it a follow-up call!?! Sloppy paperwork - but otherwise, superior!

Project: Repair or Service a Swamp Cooler
The technician,Josh, was very professional. He examined our evap. cooler and made the necessary repairs at a very reasonable cost. It works great and there is no odor like many other evap. coolers emit. He was fast,efficient, and knowledgeable about the product. We would use A-1 Heating and Cooling again.

Kevin and Josh were prompt and arrived when they said they would. They explained their service options. They explained the service I needed and completed the repairs quickly and at a good rate. Theirs is a very professional operation.

I submitted info online early am. They called within 45 mins. They were out the same day at the time they had quoted. Completed the service. Very nice and knowledgeable young man. Explained everything very well and let me know what items are nearing life end, when they would need replacement and approx cost. Very professional.

First let me say that we have owned 8 homes over the years and have remodeled everyone to some degree. We have never had a better experience than we did dealing with Air 1. Everyone in their company is dedicated to customer satisfaction. The quality of their work is first rate and best of all they do exactly what they say when they say they will. Use these folks.
