Mike the technician was great! Ladies in office were great too. I highly recommend them.

Their representatives were very courteous and professional and were very knowledgeable regarding my issues. They were very good about handling my issue and made me feel very comfortable. The technicians that came out to my home were also very professional and knowledgeable. They pointed out things that other HAVOC companies didn't even mention. They were very thorough.. I felt that they really cared about my project. They were very excellent.

Two service men came to do a preventive maintenance service on my unit. I quickly got the impression they were not overly acquainted with A/C work. This was reinforced when the lead technician couldn't find the filter on a pretty standard air handler. I knew the evaporator coils needed to be cleaned, and there was a problem with the drain overflow system. The coils, at least, should have been easily noticed. The techs never had a clue. And, by this time, I had no desire to have them doing anything to the system requiring much skill. They did do a serviceable job of cleaning the condenser and checking the freon levels.

WOW! This is the fastest and best service we have ever received! Kim called us within seconds of our request. Her team was at our door in about 20 minutes (their office is near by). Another A/C contractor told us we needed a new A/C system. Geldar came out and fixed our A/C. They found a freon leak and solder it in place. Total time was about 45 minutes. And at a very affordable price. After the technician left, the Air 1 Office then called us to see how everything was. We are definitely switching over to Air 1 and we will tell all our friends. THANKS AIR 1 !!!!

I hired this company because it had a great rating and they were the only ones who could come out the next day to work on my failed A/C system. I felt they charged too much, replaced parts that may or may not have been necessary and the unit failed again later that same day, requiring another company to be brought in for addition cost. We were without A/C for a week. Not ideal in FL. To be fair, I was able to discuss my displeasure with the service with the owner, Kim. She listened and tried to make up for the missteps after the fact. Maybe I was just the one with bad luck, but it left me with a bad taste for this company.

The parts we had to change out were necessary and had malfunctioned (capacitor and contactor). In addition, there happened to be an intermittent low voltage short that we did not initially catch because the system (including low voltage) was fully working before we left the job. We were also dealing with Paula's 17 year old son (since Paula was out of town). I am sorry we could not please her.

Arranged visit same day, gave helpful recommendations and explanations along the way. A+
