We tried to satisfy the client however it had poured rain Wednesday through Saturday morning. We were unable to service the property until early Monday morning. We double cut the lawn at no extra cost to the client and did our best to blow out the clumps as the lawn was still very wet and notified him that after the next cut the remain clumps would be further dispersed. The client did not understand that the 3.5 days that we lost due to rain could not be accomplished in a Saturday afternoon. We try our best to service every property in a timely manner however mother nature does not always allow for that.
