Agnes Cleaning Service

They cleaned for me for an extended period of time. The quality of their work was really poor. They never really washed a floor they lightly swished over it. They missed a lot of spots when dusting and didn't clean the cobwebs in the ceiling corners. The only positive thing I can say is that their prices were reasonable.

The girls did a good job.

Very prompt responce, quick rate quote and very good rate. The ladies who came cleaning did a fairly good job. Overall i am very satisfied with the company and woruld hire them again.

It was the worst experiance I ever had. They were lazy, rude and could not wait to leave They rushed through everything and had to be told several time to redo areas that supposedly had been clean. I am so glad I stayed home to supervise. These women have no work ethics they just want your money. Their vacume broke a few minutes into the cleaning which was no surprise it was obviously quite old. YOU SHOULD TAKE THESE WOMEN OFF YOUR LISTING. I am sure you do not want their unsatisfactory preformance to reflect your reputation as a resource to cleaning services.

They were here right on time, got busy and did an excellent job!

Agnes's crew was great and fast. Another crew also showed up, I do not know how or why?

Although the staff was friendly, the job they did was horrible. 2 sentimental items were broken and I had to ask. Pieces were thrown away, so I couldn't even glue them together. Couldn't even tell where they dusted and my wooden floors were sticky after they washed them. I had to rewash the areas that they put chairs on the wet floors without removing the dust or dog hair from the bottom of the chairs because it then stuck to the floor. My two teenage girls would have done something similar, but I expected professionals.

I have bed luck to people who r unhappy about every think ... we r not perfect !! r U? hmmm sorry about that !! its always easy to write something bad than good i guess so ...

They were late-2 1/2 hours-, seemed to be untrained-did not have good cleaning products-very unprofessional and disrespectful to boot.

The truth is that in the first place she was so nice and flexible to just have an app with me .I told her she is the last stop for the day and my girls can be late . Especially that was the weekend of 4th of july...she calls me like crazy complaining about everything ,so i did call my girls just hear there opinion so i can solve the problem... long story short i tried to fix the problem, but she wasnt letting me do that, by judging every thing i said and the girls said (that was for me a one way street) near by the end of the job she told me that she is not going to pay ,What kind person is does that ... so u can imagine who she is ...

They did a good job.

Agnes got in touch with me right away and was able to make arrangements to clean my house just two days later. The results were good and I was happy. Agnes was very accommodating and easy to work with. Her staff did a good job on the house. Thanks!
