Affordable Tree was retained to remove 4 large oak trees which they completed. However, in the process they caused some damage to my property that they have not addresssed. It has been 2 weeks since they performed the work and damaged my propery and I have still not received resolution. I would NOT recommend them based upon my experience. Very disappointed.

They were pleasant to talk to and always courteous but there were some delays in communication that made me think at one point that I needed to call someone else. When we did schedule the job they were on time, did the work quickly, cleaned up after themselves and did all of the work I had requested.

Nils – the owner respond the same night I requested the service online. The estimate was given to us the next day and the job was completed in the same week. A big oak tree was removed from our driveway and we were pleased with their expertise in this field. One unpleasant experience we have had was that they were supposed to be here the day of the job being scheduled and they never did show up due to being behind schedule from other works. I have to call them directly to find out myself. They ended up reschedule our job to the next day. Their timings were off and they have been showing up an hour or more later than originally scheduled.

They called me within 5 mins. of my request on line. Within two hours they came and gave me an estimate to do it right away. I could have waited for more estimates but because it affected my neighbors driveway with hanging limbs we decided to go with them.I think with the storms damage whoever we got the price would have been the same or even more. There were also electrical lines involved with some of the limbs. Great job done!!!!

Nice group, we were quoted a very low estimate, that is why we chose them, thought it was to good to be true, they came back and informed us that the guy that did the estimate was new at it, and they would be losing money to do the job for the first quote. we still think we got a deal. they did the job and cleaned up.
