Hired this company this past weekend. Affordable, but steer clear. It was not a great experience. The company is out of Baltimore. Apparently the boss didn't tell them they were going near Frederick and Hagerstown. There were two guys that were very professional. However, the third guy didn't want to be there and he made it clear. When they got to my storage, I guess it was more than what they expected. The one guy just started cursing. Plus, charged me more than what was quoted. I told them everything I had. They didn't even set up my beds and given the fact that they were not happy to be here, I didn't push the issue. Do not hire.

Affordable Moving responded quickly, gave the best estimate for my move and provided great service. The guys moved my stuff with no damage to anything (house or possessions). They worked quickly and without complaint in spite of many obstacles with getting large appliances out of the house. Safely arrived at my destination, moved everything in and we were done(again with no damage). I was very thankful for a job well done. I would recommend Affordable Moving and use them again myself. My move was in state about 100 mile trip.

Horrible experience with this moving company. Would not recommend them. Met with the owner at my home, took him through each room to show him what I had to move. He took inventory and later that day emailed me a flat rate price. HE ordered a too small truck. All of my things didn’t fit on the truck and required an additional pick up which he charged me an additional $200 for. I felt taken advantage of and cheated. He didn’t take responsibility his mistake and put it on me. No integrity at all. I've kept emails, receipts, and pictures for my records in case I need them in the future.
