He was very friendly and honest. He did a great job at repairing our patio door for an inexpensive cost and great quality work.

Job is not done so I can't comment on quality or timeliness. I expect him to get in touch with me this week with a completed job and invoice.

He had a minimum and even though I didn't think I had that much work, I felt it still worth it. He was very personable, knowledgable and all around nice guy. I felt comfortabel letting him into my house and recomend him to anyone needing home reparis and will use him in the future for other repairs I can't accomplish myself.

Bill was an absolutely terrific guy to work with. We were updating a neglected house and Bill could do it all. He built a beautiful ceramic tile shower from the studs up, installed ceramic floor tile, hung a couple of doors, updated the plumbing, fixed the wooden fence, installed baseboard, and generally did anything that was needed. You won't find a more honest, reasonably priced, or reliable handyman. He shows up when he promises and keeps you informed at all times. Once Bill starts a job, he sees it to completion.

Bill and his helper were everything one wants from a company that comes into your home. Professional, personable and most of all did a wonderful job on my project. He did an ok job. I though my quote was for 3 hrs but he used our materials, took 2 1/2 hrs and still charged the same max until I mentioned the materials. Then he took a whopping 20 off the bill and our supplies were almost 40. He also left a gouge in the wood right above the door latch. I have mych worse service in the past but likely won't use a second time.

He did not come on the day he scheduled. He said he forgot the appointment. He came on the rescheduled day. After that glitch,, he did good work.

I did forget to call and change appointment, but when I was on my way to the job for the rescheduled day the customer called and said something came up and could we make it later I switched my day around to accommodate her, thought she was happy with work.

This was this best tile work I have ever had installed. Price is the best in town. Customer service was excellent

I received a phone call within 5 minutes of placing my request. He was friendly and polite and came out the next day to give me an estimate. His estimate was $30 less than several others I had received. The project was completed the next day in less than an hour and a half and the work was excellent!
