Frank is knowledgable and skilled. He worked inside our home and kept things neat and clean at the end of each workday. The carpentry work and painting look perfect and he completed the project as planned.

I am hard to please. If it is worth doing then it should be done right. I always get 2-3 quotes and ask for references. I was unaware that my neighbor had Frank work on replacing windows and a fence, She was very pleased and remembered his pleasant attitude. I now have 6 ceiling fans, on a 1915 home with plaster ceilings, a whole house fan and a smile on my face. The attention and prided he took in his work was/is worth more than the money I spent. I respect, honesty, hard work, courtesy and promptness. You will not be disappointed if you hire Frank. I already have plans for a small kitchen and future projects. I will be calling Frank.

He is very fast and what I liked best is he took me with him to shop for the project. That way I had a choice of materials and options. He is a good problem solver. He worked right along with me. He is very accurate and knew where everything was so it didn't take a lot of time.

I DON'T RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL, PERIOD.

I'm satisfied with the end result, but... Had to have him come back to grout under washer/dryer, replace rocking tile, finish trim on outside door, repair patches on brand new drywall, finish trim in corners and no amount of touch up will allign newly installed sink with newly installed water lines with newly installed light fixture. He clearly did not want the additional work we said we might have for him in a second and third bathroom. I will not have him come back to install the cabinets that are on order, even though it's part of the quote he went over on.

Frank arrived on time and greeted us with huge smile. Very personable and listened to our explanation of what we had done to try and fix our drain problem. He told us what he was going to do, performed his magic and unclogged the drain. Great job well done!! We will definitely call Frank again should we have drain problems.

Frank was amazing!! We had list of projects that we needed to get done... and had no time (or skills to get them done!). Frank came in, and in a matte of hours, had the very long to do list comepletly done. To say that we were satisfied with him is such an understatement! I cannot recommend him enough.
