Project: Add a Sunroom or Patio Enclosure
My experience with this contractor was horrible. He did not get a permit from the city before starting the job & the City Inspector placed a stop work order on the project. They framed up the roof of the porch before having the slab poured. They did not cut into the roof to anchor the new roof to the existing rafters. Instead they just laid 2x4's on the roof & nailed them down. They left a mess. It took over two months for me to find someone who was willing to come in & clean up what they had done & start again. My roof leaked from they nailed boards to the roof without properly anchoring them. I will never do business with this man.

Tommy Jackson was great. He was very prompt,& professional. His crew showed up on time as scheduled and I mean these guys worked. They were all very nice and really worked together like a bunch of ants. Everybody knew exactly what to do and I have never seen such coordination and skill among roofers. They were the best I've ever seen and I'm a very picky person who knows construction. Tommy Jackson did everything he promised in the contract, plus some, and followed up after completion to see if I was satisfied and if there were any problems. My experience was very with Tommy Jackson's employee's was very very profesional: his employees were very couterious and professional. I would reccomend Mr. Jackson's business to anyone in need of vinyl siding.
