Project: Remodel a Basement

George and his team at APC, Inc. did an amazing job finishing the basement (i.e., framing, electrical, drywall, painting) with our modest budget. They were extremely courteous, professional, and always on time. We decided to select APC, Inc. over others because they had the most competitive pricing and fastest completion time. They completed the job 2 days early with no additional costs. We have some future projects in mind and will definitely use APC, Inc. again!

The job took much longer then stated. Work was sloppy. I have had to go back and scrap paint from windows and touch up areas that were not painted weel. The job ended up costing us $500.00 more then estimated. The estimator should have known what would be needed and not under quoated to get the job and add charges later. A window was broken in the back of the house on the top floor when power washing was done and nothing was said to us and left for us to discover later. Lots of paint droppings on the hard wood floor that we had to scrap up and clean. Overall not pleased and would not use them again.

Gary with APC was very helpful and friendly in giving us a competitive estimate and working with us on timing. Victor and his painting team did a good job of the actual painting, although some surfaces weren't cleaned off and dirt or dust was painted on. The biggest disappointment came a few days later as we continually noticed more and more paint drops on our hardwood floors and on furniture. When I asked Gary for a discount to get the paint cleaned off my dining room table without scratching it, he did not respond. Fair painting, Terrible cleanup that we are still dealing with, and unprofessional customer service.

First time i've hired painters. Such a good experience I will never paint myself again. So quick and detailed. Our neighbor even hired them! My walls had been abused by our 3 yr old. Now our walls look fresh, clean, with crisp lines!
