Martin was very professional & detail orientedgetting. He got my oil heating system tuned up to its maximum efficiency . He explained everything in great detail & takes great pride in his work . I was very happy with the results.

The owner/tech puts his expertise and experience on the line. His work speaks for itself and he is worth every penny I paid him to fix my problem. You see I have the honor of having the dirtiest furnace he ever serviced. He cleaned it, put it back together, tested it and brought it back to the efficiency rating the manual said it was suppose to have. Markus, the owner/tech, is a human being that understands what the client is experiencing. He takes the time to explain the issues and then he corrects them. He goes above and beyond the expectations. He is worth every penny. I would use him again in a heart beat.

Martin came shortly after I called and found that I had a Dynatherm boiler and it was not firing properly. He said he hadn't worked on one before and would do some research. He studied the manual he got from the manufacturer, spoke with the manufacturer and arrived at my home with the right parts and the knowledge of how to do the job. I've had the Dynatherm for 32 years and it's never run better than it is nowl. Martin will be my only burner service man for the foreseeable future.

Affordable heating response was almost immediate. Made appointment and arrived right on schedule. A very knowledgeable person. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service.

Very knowlegeable and efficient in fixing our furnace on a cold day. Slightly higher fee for a service call than others, but he was a professional - he returned calls immediately and didn't give me the runaround. Would call him again.
