said he would come back in a couple of days to see if system was leaking. did not return. in all fairness he put freon in the system and the ac continues to work properly so my system only needed a recharge, which he did.

Called Cincy Furnace Systems on Saturday morning re Heat Pump not working. Mr. Ron Hutzel arrived at my home within an hour! He was very professional and knowledgeable. Had heat pump working in less than 30 minutes and the cost was extremely reasonable! Very trustworthy and would highly recommend! He's definitely the one we will call for any future furnace system needs.

Heat Pump stopped producing cold air in the middle of summer heat wave. Ron at Cincy Furnace Systems called within minutes of submitting my request. He was at the house within the hour and had the unit fixed and working properly in less than 2 hours. Great service!!!
