Srini was the only one who contacted me directly once I sourced options via ServiceMagic. He came out as scheduled and did a very thorough review before I even awarded him the business. He drafted the report, forwarded for my comments, updated as agreed, and forwarded. Timing for the report was a bit drawn out, but very happy with the service.

Srini Pillaipakkam at Affero Enterprises here in Houston was outstanding and I would recommend him to anyone needing a structural engineer for their project. We had a very tight timeframe to work within and when I explained that to him he was very accomodating and worked very hard to get the work done in time for us, even though he had to do some extra work that he had not anticipated. He could not have been nicer and his fee was very reasonable as well.
