Aegis representative was very diligent and professional. The problem was identified and I was given a choice of solutions. I selected the most involved one and the work was quickly and neatly done. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of this process. I would definitely use Aegis again.

Their technician came on time and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem and checked the system for any other troubles. He then fixed our alarm system and the price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate using them again and I highly recommend them. Highly professional!

Mr. Waheed came to our building after normal business hours, restored the building's video surveillance system to normal function, did so in less than 2 hours, and did not bill us for the service.
