They did a nice job with the vents and windows, especially the windows. I was very impressed with the way they looked. They used a camera to show me how the vent cleaner works, and I could see the vents getting cleaner. The reason I did not give them 5 stars is that I had to do some cleanup after they left. Some of the dirt and dust from the vents was still on the floor and furniture.

They arrived on time. They were careful not to track in any outside dirt, which I appreciated. Jeff & his new assistant were very good and took their time to do the vents and furnace right. He couldn't use the video inspection camera, but he did give me a discount to compensate me for that. i would be willing to him them again for other services they offer.

They were on time and efficient. I wasn't happy with the way they cleaned the tile in my bathroom or the cabinets in my kitchen but overall I liked their work. I walked in and my house smelled clean.

The two young men were friendly, went right to work and got the job done. We liked them and were happy with the finished product. They could have done a little better job of cleaning up after themselves but we atributed that to the fact that one of the guys was brand new to the job.
