Bruce did an outstanding job of inspecting the home which I’m purchasing. . He provided a very detailed and thorough report with color pictures. He is very knowledgeable about what to look for in an inspection, current codes and the different areas of construction. He provided me the recommendations and tips that would come in handy in my day to day up keep of the house. I would definitely recommend his services. Thank you Bruce!

It was truly a pleasure having Advocate Inspections perform the inspection on my new home. Mr. Ramsey was a true professional in everyway and very knowledgeable in his field. My inspection was scheduled for 10AM and he was on the job 8AM. He pointed out issues with the structure and had most of them resolved with the builder before I got there. He also gave me tips that would most definitely come in handy in my day to day up keep. I would HIGHLY recommend Advocate Inspections for anyone wanting a A-1 inspection. Thanks again!

Mr Ramsey was prompt and thorough from the time he contacted us offering his service to the time he performed the inspection. He was accessible, knowledgeable, and very very helpful. He made the process seamless, even when we live out-of-state. I would DEFINITELY recommend Mr Ramsey/Advocate Inspections.

Bruce was very knowledgeable about what to look for in an inspection, current codes, and the different areas of construction. He arrived on time and reviewed everything – the house, the attic, the crawlspace, the garage, and the land. He took color pictures and included them in the report, which he created and emailed to us the same day as the inspection. He invited us to come along and explained what he was looking for and how to service the house. I feel he was the right choice for our new home inspection because of his professionalism, knowledge, price, and willingness to walk us through the process. Great job.

Mr. Ramsey was very professional, cooperative with an unusual time request, and constantly offered suggestions on how to manage any problem areas. He supplied his report in record time. He overlook the ice maker but I rate him 99.9% tops.

Advocate Inspections was very professional from start-to-finish. I liked the prompt introductory contact, that wasn't pushy, but provided all relevant info for me to make an informed decision. Bruce Ramsey was very knowledgeable and came across as very thorough and competent. Questions were answered, and explanations offered when I didn't ask the questions. I think the home inspection was balanced and completed to an appropriate level of detail. The report was comprehensive and delivered on time, as promised. I would recommend Advocate to anyone looking for a home inspection.
