Fred was the first of the three service magic contractors to contact us by at least a week and came out and helped us replace a window the day we called. i would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Project: Repair or Replace Window Hardware, Latches or Tracks
Fred Matthies was very professional, arrived when he said he would, knew what he was doing and was able to repair the latch of an old Velux window. Because he needed a part he didn't have, he came back the next day and not only fixed the window but also an unrelated door knob that was loose.

The manufacture send the wrong products, but the job was done well. They were very professional, really nice job.
