Contacted me promptly after servicemagic request. Was at house in 2 days at promised time with evaluation and price estimate for RO replacement and new softener. Price equivalent to another contractor, who completely forgot initial sales call, so I chose Adv Pure Flo. They scheduled install for 3 days after I committed, showed up exactly on time, finished exactly in 3 hours as promised. Systems in for 2 weeks now and very happy.
