Mike Carlson had to redo much of the tile because it was crooked. It was still redone and not straight in line or flush with the wall. He did not use the products I requested for a waterproof grout which I found out after he finished. This guy was so sloppy that after he left I had to clean up much grout on the tile floor and found one cracked tile and one badly scraped tile. I have been trying to contact him by phone and email but he is not responding (why would he since I already paid him). He ran over my new flowers and garbage can and also ruined my outdoor hose. He did not start or finish on time either.

I would never expect any form of payment if what this homeowner states actually occurred, looked. As all my other ratings and reviews reflect from other homeowners, all are excellent. So what was the cause to get a rating and review like this one? I cannot really answer that. The only thing that is a true statement made by this homeowner is the flowers. While backing the trailer back and down into her driveway the trailer wheel ran up onto the edge of the flower bed around the bottom of her mail box while being guided back by this homeowner.

Totally satisfied w brick work

I'm pleased with the tile floor that was installed by Mike. I will have him back to complete the backsplash in my remodeled kitchen. Mike listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions as well. The end price was a bit more than the original estimate as we added an additive to the grout. I do wish I would have known about that option in the beginning...but overall was a good experience and I would recommend them.

Homeowner wanted to avoid maintenance so suggested Grout Boost. An additional charge of $50 resulted from her request. Homeowner was great to work for and look forward to her next project.
