They did not do the work when they said they would did not call and when they finally they got around to it did a very poor job.

This customer left a voicemail approving us to do the work within a specified timeframe. The work was done on time. This customer's walk dropped more than 9" and had badly broken concrete. She was told mudjacking would not repair the cracks. We successfully raised her concrete approximately 9"; she now has a smooth transition from stoop to driveway which drains properly. She expressed her dissatisfaction with the grading, we met her at the jobsite and discussed the challenges and her options. We agreed to return at our cost and raise one walk section to create a new step and replace the bad concrete, work not in the original contract.

Bill came out, evaluated my issues and gave me reasonable options. There were issues that occurred during the project, their crew adapted and was able to complete the job. They did a good job of clean up after themselves. A few weeks after the project was complete I had some concerns when some preexisting cracks seemed wider. Bill came out, evaluated the situation and gave suggestions to my satisfaction. If I ever have the need again, I would contract with Advantage Mudjacking again.

His bid was on a legal contract and not scribbled on a note pad or through email He even gave me a lifetime guarantee on his work. How can you say no to that!!!! He is also very friendly and definitely enjoys helping people. I have also hired him since completion of the mudjacking project to provide lawncare and help with landscaping due to medical issues that keep me from being as active as I want to be. I called him on Monday to check his schedule and my lawn was beautifully manicured on Tuesday.
