Project: New Windows - Multiple
When Jerry came to measure the windows we had gotten unexpected out-of-town family visitors, and he graciously said he'd be happy to come back "tomorrow or whenever it's convenient for you" to measure the windows. He couldn't return the date/time we mentioned and profusely apologized and rescheduled. His installation team was incredible...asked multiple times if "we were satisfied/happy with the work so far", cleaned up every day when they finished, and were scheduled to be here 3 1/2 days and finished in 2 1/2 days.

Great sales presentation, open and honest but not pushy. Willing to meet our needs with whatever we asked. The guys that came to install knew what they were doing and were friendly and courteous. All around experience was very satisfying. Glad we went with Advantage.

Advantage Home Improvements was the only one of three contractors who even bothered calling me back with an estimate (and the other contractors were suggested by Service Magic as well). The price seemed fair and Jerry was very communicative and involved in managing my account. The only negative I would have is that the job took longer than I expected, but with vacations and such during the summer, I suppose it was not too unexpected. Regardless, it was not an emergency situation and they did a very good job at fair price.

Very professional from the beginning. There was no pressure what-so-ever in choosing them to do the job. Installation was ahead of schedule and completed quickly and efficiently. Completely satisfied.

New windows look great came out and did 13 windows placement in one day. Came back the next day and finished wrapping the windows. Very satisfied in the way the look and how fast it was done.

We were very happy with the way it looks. People around the block ask about the color as they wanted their home the same . They cleaned up the area every night and everything was kept clean. We are very happy with the Company that did it. We would have them again.
