I posted my request to ServiceMagic Sunday afternoon. Chris from Advantage called that evening to make an appointment. He called from his van when they were nearing my house to say they would arrive shortly. They arrived exactly on time. Chris and his helper were excellent. They surveyed the task at hand and listened to my thoughts. We agreed on a cost effective course of action and the work was completed quickly. First rate all the way.
