This excellent customer allowed Advantage Diagnostics to complete a full suite of energy reduction measures projected to reduce his utility bills by 44%. He arrived on time and was pleasant to work with however the audit was mid-November and we haven't received a report yet. I even submitted a follow-up e-mail asking for an update and haven't had a response. Not pleased at all with the delay.

Customer was informed that a delay was necessary so they could qualify for a new Maryland Energy Administration rebate program that would save them a total of 50% on energy improvements. This customer expressed gratitude and appreciation that Advantage was able to save them additional money on the pending energy improvements. Advantage takes pride in qualifying our customers for all State and/or utility company incentive programs. To date, we have generated rebates of nearly $1 million dollars for our customers and generated hundred of thousands of dollars in utility savings.

Since the energy audit could not project significant energy savings for this house (house already fairly energy efficient), homeowner did not qualify for Energize DE Home Performance rebates. Homeowner disappointed in the results but should be happy that their home is already in good shape and does not require expenditures. We, at Advantage, take pride in being honest with our customers...if they need work, we recommend it...if not, we state that too! Honesty is the best policy and we build our reputation on it.
