They called quickly. Made next day appointment. Explained each step & did great job. That night i had results.

They are expensive but take care of the problem and are very responsive.

We pride ourselves with using the highest quality materials and refuse to cut corners. The type of people we send to your home are educated and require more than minimum wage for their skills and experience. Some would say that makes us expensive others would say you get what you pay for. Sorry you felt that we were expensive. Compared to what's out there I would argue we are not. Bottom line is you saw the value in our approach of high quality service and even if we were more expensive than whom ever you compared us to, you hired us. For that we thank you. For the 4-star rating I would say if you had the chance you would change it.

After meeting with two other companies, I felt that Bryan was the best choice. I liked that Bryan took his time to explain his treatments in detail & products that he will be using. Price was more than the others but received much more. He had up to date technology & very knowledgable; no pressure you into signing at inspection . Treatment was quick & he was on time. Bryan was very professional & it showed thru his work; taking time out to explain or answer all questions while doing the treatment. I felt comfortable that our problem is solved & our biggest investment; our home is safe from termites. I would highly recommend & use again.

I really did like the overall professionalism of this company. The fast service and the attention that was given to my problem, was a plus. I am hoping that the service will stand up to it's guarantee. The job was performed to my satisfaction in total professionalism. On time service, which is very important given the work schedule that I have was really important. I will certainly call this company again for any of my future pest problems.

I would use this company againg. The company kept their appointment and honored the quarranty. I called them a week after and request another extermination because mice were seen in the property again. My only compliant is they said I would received a report about what the exterminator did, found etc. but I never received anything. I also had to request a copy of their receipt.
