Did excellent quality work polishing and sealing travertine floors. Exterior work on cleaning and sealing slate was challenged by weather; loss of momemtum and distraction had some impact on final quality outside.

Tech did great job. Truck lacked variety of colors for grout sealer. But tech came back next day to finish with more colors. Better selection on truck recommended.

I was the work the contractor did about a week after it was completed. I called them right away and told them that I was not happy. I called twice and I didn't receive a phone call acknowledge that I was unhappy about the work.

We are sorry about the experience this customer had and since then work the sales rep that did the work is no longer employed by us. We have contacted customer to resolve issue but she choose not to pursue. We stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee and make every attempt to handle issue immediately and resolve any internal problems cause from lack of customer service.
