Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
APS was great. The replaced our roof due to a roof leak and repaired the damage inside to the walls & ceilings in 3 bedrooms. The job was completed a day early and the workmanship was outstanding. I would definitely rehire APS for other renovation jobs that we may have in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs some work done. The crew was very friendly and came to work. There was no standing around....it was all work. They cleaned up every day. They are an outstanding company and I cannot say enough great things about them. Thank you so much Leo and the APS team. The bedrooms look great!!!

We are very happy with the patching and painting that Leo and his crew accomplished in our stairwell, hallway and master bedroom and we would definitely call them again. Everyone was friendly and polite. However, we are disappointed in the work in our downstairs bathroom. We wanted to cover the old green paint with bright orange. I was told that primer wasn't necessary. On every wall the green shows through, in some places worse than others. Also, in some spots the paint is so thick that it has run down the wall. Perhaps the person doing the painting in that room was inexperienced? Regardless, we would def call them again.

I am totally pleased with the job performance of Advanced Painting Solutions. The person I spoke with knew exactly what was needed and how to do the work. He explained each procedure and did exactly as he said he would. As an aside, while waiting for his workers to complete their tasks, he very kindly helped me with a job I was working on and explained some things I was not aware of about the project I was doing. He is a knowledgeable gentleman and a conscientious person who wants the job done well. I would certainly recommend him and use his company in any other projects.

Very professional arrived to my house on time and took every precaution neccessary to ensure that paint wasn't tracked all over the house. The job was finished in a timely manner, and they put everything that they had moved back in it's rightful place. Overall I was very pleased with the job they did both in my foyer and my kitchen and so was my husband. They weren't outrageously over-priced either. I will definitely be contacting them for my next big painting project.

The men of Advance Painting Solutions Inc. arrived on schedule, and completed all the painting work in a timely and professional manner as agreed. I own a home that is valued at more than a million dollars, and through thier effort and experience in painting, they provided me with what seems like a new home. The owner, Leo, was exceptionally helpful, in advising what was needed in order to get the best painting results. I will use Advance Painting Solutions for all of my home painting needs, and advise anyone considering painting their home to do the same.

One Word = Amazing!!! Leo did a fantastic job to our Bethesda 13 room suite!! Advanced Painting Solutions completed the job 2 days ahead of schedule and about 1/3 the price. 6 men showed up on time and were clean, quiet and polite. In addition to the painting we required new chair rail and trim and our office looks spectacular!!! Thank you!!!

The Advanced Painting Solutions company was a great choice. They were very professional, clearly understood what needed to be done, and was proficient in getting the job done in an excellent manner. They arrived ahead of time and finished ahead of schedule. They are really good at what they do. I will definitely refer them to others and I plan on using Leo Leiva and his guys again in the future.
