I would recommmend this company to anyone although I would NOT recommend Service Magic to anyone as I was a client and they did not honor their word!!!---Rip off service---faulty leads

Advanced Engineering Consultants was wonderful. They answered all my questions and even helped us when we found we could not check the water (beacuse of a broken pipe) at the time by letting me know what to look for when it was fixed

Did not get a sufficient inspection in my opinion. Had to recall him to inspect the air conditioner which should have been inspected during his first inspection period. Found that he had not inspected toilets, after passing papers on my house I found that a toilet had slow draining do to a toy that had been flushed and stuck in the bowl. Deep sink and washing machine drain had not been checked, since when I tried to drain the deep sink,the water had gone down very slow. Upon my own inspection I found that the deep sink and washing machine drained into the same pipe and out to a hole 30 feet behind the house. This hole was filled with soil.

We take feedback both positive and constructive with great interest in order to strive for improved performancea. It should be mentioned that when the client called us back, we returned with out hesitation and within an hour to further inspect the HVAC system on the day he called (Sunday). Regarding the deep sink and washing machine drainage - it is common for these systems to drain to a different location than the septic tank in order for detergents not to affect septic performance. Lastly more than a month transpired from original inspection date to current feedback received with the possibility of the condition of inspected items changing.

Prompt, they did everything they said they were going to do. And explained everything clearly, very friendly and professional.
