However, after they left I noticed that they drilled through the wall to the outside of the house.  When I phoned to discus this I was told that things like this happen (they had also hand written words to this effect on my invoice, which I did not see until the job was completed).  After much debate I persuaded them to come back and rectify this, which they did.  I would consider this adequate at best!    See All Ratings
