well versed. very cooperative look foward to working with them. Did very good job. work was done when they said it would be. Did not leave any debris. each day clean up after themselves and did all that I asked. Would hire again for a similar project

Advanced Energy Concepts contacted me within minutes of submitting the request through servicemagic and was able to setup an appointment for the next day. They kept me in the loop by contacting me to let me know that they did not forget about me but the technician fell a little behind with the customer prior to me and will get over to my house as soon as he could to give me an estimate. The estimate was reasonable, and they were able provide guidance on how to temporary stop the water flow from the cracked pipe, and schedule another time to come out to provide a more permanent solution by replacing the cracked cast iron.

They were initially responsive and personable on the phone and less expensive than others. The technician who came out was not very communicative. I called for clarification of the contract and had to call back in a week as there was no return call.

Helpful initial estimate consultation. Very clear on suggestions for resolution of issues and improvements. AC techs very friendly and patiently answered questions from curious homeowner during repairs. Addressed comments and concerns as well. Will use them again for further improvements to system.

They were very thorough, but I felt their price was a little high compared to the others. I would say they did the most research to figure out what was needed for my home. I most likely will be going with another contractor you recommended, but have not finalized my decision at this point.

My experience was very good. AEC representative came to quote on time and provided me with all the information i needed. Our issue was less serious than we had originally thought and AEC provided us with the quotes we requested.
