The son came to my house and gave me an estimate and advised me to replace just the motor rather than the whole system. I found him so congenial, i didn't bother to get a 2nd opinion or a 2nd bid. Doing business with contractors is always an anxious time for me. This went quickly and easily and it seems to work perfectly fine.

Project: Install Electrical for a Home Addition or Remodel
i had my kitchen remodeled and all of the walls were ripped out well when the walls were put back up the electrician had forgot to bring the wire up from the basement it was never there i took pictures of the whole process they had to drill holes in my walls and they are still there and he wanted to charge me for this and has yet to reply to my letter i have paid him in full the original contract but for the extra i am still waiting to hear from him i also sent him pictures of the damage that was done to my cabinets and an estimate to replace them not including the labor but he has not called me as of yet professionalism unexceptable

We have sent a letter on 5-15-09 to you to answer all of your comments. The contractor you chose should also be responsible for how the project ended. We made every attempt to explain to him how to bring the wiring for the under cabinet lights out through the bottom lip of the cabinet. The "damage" done to the cabinet can be fixed without replacing it. We are patiently waiting to hear from you
