Project: Replace or Repair Grout
The job was for $375 to remove grout, replace grout and caulking. Didn't replace all of the grout, didn't take out all of the grout, yet still charged $375, and my extra tubes of caulking that I bought- to return to store if not used- are now not there as well.

I'm very pleased with the tile work Sam and his team did in my bathroom. They were prompt and professional and friendly. They worked quickly but thoroughly and cleaned everything up afterward. They do great work and are very reliable and easy to work with. I've already recommended Sam to other people in my building.

Project: Install Drywall
Hired Advanced Construction to move some walls (drywall & metal studs), do some basic electrical work and carpentry last year. The whole team was professional and did a very good job overall. Certain finishes could have been a bit better, but it was certainly good overall! Very kind and reliable team!

Project: Install Drywall
We were extremely pleased with their work - new walls, painted, new base boards, crown molding in my dining room completed in two days. It looks beautiful, they were efficient, neat workers considered my newly sanded, stained, floors, it was a pleasure having them in my home. I would recommend them and they are on my list if I need any additional work and referred them to my son who in the future will need this type of work. Thank you for this type of on line service. Advanced Construction answered the call immediately.
