Both bob the salesman and Rob the job technician were great. They not only offered a very fair price but the best warranty and a credit program.

Was a little disapointed in their work scheduling. When i decided to go with them the sales manager said the job would be done in one day. The first day only one guy showed up, I don't fault his work, he worked his tail off for 12 hours and was not even 1/2 done. The supervisor came by and I told him that I was not happy (rain forcast the next day), he said he would have a full crew the next morning and they would be done by noon. The next day I only had 2 people. The one day turned into almost 3 full days. The work was very good and the price was right.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Timely and professional. However, the installers showed up and rang the doorbell as I was showering for work. I couldn't answer the door, and they ended up blocking my garage door with a huge dumpster, which made me late. I would've preferred if they had been able to start the job without any hand-holding. I am very pleased with the shingles, though, and my roof looks so much better.

This company, Advanced Roofing Systems at www.roofkc.com, I would highly recommend.. Their service was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make our roofing experience a very pleasant one. Their company has the best warranty out of the eight quotes I received and their pricing was excellent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof, hail-damaged roof or simply a replacement roof.

The roof looks great! And we got a great price too. Rob was very helpful whenever we called him and let us know ahead of time that it would be delayed a day or two after originally planned due to problems with delivery of the shingles. It took 2 days to complete the job, but when it was all finished we were pleased. They did do clean up that last day too. We chose the energy efficient shingles and as of today we still haven't gotten the paperwork we'll need for tax information. We were also told that there might be a refund coming to us from the original payment as it was an estimate and are still waiting to hear on that too.
