They worked from 8 AM until almost midnight to get the job done! Very dedicated, professional and curtious. In all that time, they never bothered me in any way. I was able to work from home most of the day while they worked on the furnace. The office is great also. Because it was so late, they mailed the bill rather than trying to write it up at midnight. When the bill came it inclue 3 copies for all the rebates I can apply for. The paper work was all filled out, one copy to send in, one copy for my records and one copy for my taxes, everything ready to go. Daniel and Andrew did an excellent installation. On time, very curteous, cleaned up project, and overall I was very impressed. They installed the Neopolean wood fireplace insert. I would highly recommend Advanced Comfort again. Nancy who takes calls at the office was more than helpful and extremely helpful. They drove all the way up to Estes Park.
