Very professional.  They were very clear, prompt and easy to work with.  His presentation and explanations were thorough.  We checked the Better Business Bureau which listed his firm as an A+ firm.   The price for the project was reasonable and within industry norms.  They completed the project on time as promised and finished all the paperwork for our warranty and tax credit.  We highly recommend Advanced Air Technology to friends and family.

We got the heat pump and the crew was to come back with the filters for the unit and I had to call them back, then they were to come back to silcon the unit and put the drain pipe in and we had to call back for that.  Before they came back for the drains Mr Hill called me to see what the problem was and come to find out they had put the wrong size unit in.  Mr Hill had the crew come back out and put the correct unit in and He came to my home to make sure everything was correct.  I would do bussiness with this company again because Mr Hill stands behind his word with the products that he sells.

I was told the service included an air filter replacement.  Technician claimed he did not have a filter for my unit.  He stated he would return within the next few days with a filter.  This did not happen.  I would have rated the service higher if that technician had followed through.
