I spoke with Luke - twice. Both times, he was straightforward, candid, and fully answered my questions. We determined that his services were not what we needed for our situation but, because of how he handled the phone calls, he would be the man I would call for any future situation where his services were needed.

Believe the other rating as you read this. Luke spent a large block of time (over 4 hours) on my 1500 sq ft potential investment Town home. He did a through walk thru with me after, and had a full binder ready for me prior to the walk. he prepped the binder on site complete with photos to go over. I would use him again in a heart beat. Believe the positive reviews you read.

prompt, courteous, not pushy, made me feel like I could trust him Job was done start to finish 48 hours. Couldn't have asked for better service. Don't know about cleanliness as I am in California and did not see him do the inspection. Those that were there didn't mention that any mess was left.

Luke was very prompt. We received our inspection the day after our initial conversation. He was on time for the appointment and was very thorough. He explained all the steps and we received the results the next day. I would recommend him to anyone that needed an inspection.
