I wasnt home, but my roommate, who is actually in the customer service industry was, and she was impressed with not only the work done, but the professional and friendly manner of the person doing the work. I came home to a clean carpet, rugs and sofas. In making the appointment, Tammy was wonderful. Very thoughtful (as was the owner), I felt like I more than just another job! I had a sofa and love seat in my basement cleaned along with the carpet in my home. I had zero expectations of being able to remove 10 years worth of stains from the furniture in the basement as I have three kids and a dog, but it looks and smells like new! Fred, the technician, worked nearly all day removing those stains! Then they did a fantastic job on the carpet too. The price that Tammy, the owner, quoted me on the phone was the price they charged, and they worked all day on my furniture and carpet. Great service!  See All Ratings
