The first cleaning was actually really good. They did break a slat in the blinds, but I have had maintenance fix it. The second cleaning was obviously done by a different crew and they threw away items that they should not have and they made my home feel like a hotel....closed drains, etc. I also did not like that they put foil on my burner pans which was never mentioned or discussed or requested. They also put dirty dishes in the dishwasher with clean ones. I could never get an answer via text or phone call from the owner. I have cancelled and still have not gotten a call back. I hope I get my key tomorrow.

The arrived 2 hours later than scheduled, which caused scheduling problems for me. They did a good job overall, but missed a few things (vacuuming under couch upstairs, did not clean upstairs bathroom well, etc). Downstairs was cleaned well. Overall 3 to 3 1/2 stars. The owner was very friendly, ans seemed willing to make sure her cleaners did a better job next time, so I'd probably give them another shot. Although the price would have to come down for sure.
