Project: Build or Install a Vinyl Lined Swimming Pool
Admiral Enterprises installed our new vinyl liner pool with fire pit, outdoor lighting and water feature this fall. The pool is absolutely gorgeous! We chose Admiral because they listened to what we wanted and helped us design an outdoor living space within our budget. They worked diligently to complete the project on time, despite weather delays. If the ground was dry, they were working. The project was completed in less than 5 weeks and within our budget. Admiral coordinated perfectly with its subcontractors. Their staff is knowledgable, friendly and responsive. When it comes time to expand our outdoor space we will use Admiral again!

Project: Repair or Service a Hot Tub or Spa
These guys were great! They showed up and were polite, respectful and professional. They were knowlegeable about products, parts and answered all my questions. Most of all they were fast and showed up right on time (which I love so I don't waste an entire day waiting around for people to show up). I will be sure to take all my business to Admiral. TOP NOTCH WORK! Thanks Admiral!

Project: Service a Swimming Pool for Opening or Closing
We were disappointed in the quality of the work done by Admiral. The pool cover was folded but left in the yard. The debris from the cover was dumped in the pool and not vaccumed up. Dirt on the deck that was under the cover was left to blow into the pool instead of being swept away from the pool area. We liked their work last year when we hired them, and expected a much better job.

We were aware she was not happy and she was on our schedule as a curtacy to go back and put her cover away. This is not what we do at an opening we leave the wet cover out to dry and for the consumer to store away for the winter. we also made her aware that she needed to have all water and leaves off of the cover before we got there and she did not. the ones that went into the pool were removed by us. we do not vacuum at an opening so again another curtacy she was aware of this also. If there were more leaves they must have blown in after we left. we are actually in route to her house at this moment to help her out at no charge.

Project: Build or Install a Concrete Swimming Pool
They are very nice and offered a fair price. Due to the cold weather, a little slow on completing job. Otherwise, they are great!! Very thorough and very responsive to our requirements. A real pleasure to work with and very nice and knowledgeable staff. Update: 4/13/11-Started in November...and still not done. Response to our requirements has gone downhill. We are concerned the project will never be completed. However, the weather has been terrible, with snow and lots of rain. Once things get drier and warmer, we will see how it goes. But right now, not very happy and it is getting more expensive than originally anticipated!!

Project: Build or Install a Fiberglass Swimming Pool
Initially, we were told the pool would be completed in 2 - 3 weeksl.The project started off very well. They worked every day for almost two weeks and then just disappeared. for a week. That caused the concrete work to be delayed so that it was 6 weeks before the deck was poured. The office staff made promises that the field people were unable to fulfill. They did a terrible job regrading the yard when they finished and we are still waiting for them to return and redo it. The pool itself is very nice and they did a good job on the installation. Because of these issues I would be hesitant to recommend this company.
